Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Unstoppable Slasher.
When Unstoppable Slasher dies, its second ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with two stun counters on it.
When Unstoppable Slasher enters, Amulet of Vigor and The Mycosynth Gardens trigger, untapping Unstoppable Slasher twice, which will instead remove both stun counters from Unstop
