How It Works

Step 1: Cast Toby, Beastie Befriender to create a 4/4 white Beast creature token.

Step 2: Use Samut, Voice of Dissent to grant haste and untap your creatures.

Step 3: Attack with Combat Celebrant and exert it to gain an extra combat phase.

Step 4: Use Samut's untap ability to untap Combat Celebrant.

Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 for infinite combat phases.

Result: Infinite combat steps with flying creature tokens, allowing you to attack infinitely.
Prerequisites
Toby, Beastie Befriender on the battlefield with at least one Beast token.
Samut, Voice of Dissent on the battlefield.
Combat Celebrant able to attack and untap.
