If you milled both Ulamog and Kozilek, resolve the most recent trigger, then repeat from the beginning.
If you milled Kozilek and drew Ulamog or vice versa, resolve the shuffle trigger then repeat from the beginning.
If you drew both Ulamog and Kozilek.
resolve any shuffle triggers left on the stack, then move to the cleanup phase and discard both titans to handsize.
Resolve one of the shuffle triggers, then repeat from the beginning in response to the other shuffle trigger.
