Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, Possibility Storm triggers, exiling the spell and then exiling cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card that shares a card type with it, and allow them to cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
Because Soulless Jailer prevents noncreature spells from being cast from exile, no player may cast noncreature spells as permitted by Possibility Storm.
