Cast Slogurk either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable.
Slogurk enters the battlefield with at least three +1/+1 counters due to Master Biomancer.
Activate Slogurk by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
When Slogurk leaves the battlefield, it triggers, returning any three land cards from your graveyard to your hand.
Repeat.
