Play a land.
When the land enters, Icetill Explorer triggers, causing you to mill a card.
As the milled card will be a land, Hedge Shredder's second ability triggers, putting the land from your graveyard onto the battlefield tapped.
Repeat step 3 until you do not mill a land.
