How It Works
At the beginning of your combat phase, Brudiclad and Saheeli trigger.
Resolve the Saheeli trigger, causing you to pay to create a token copy of Lightning Runner.

Resolve all but one Lightning Runner ability, causing you to get for each ability and choosing not to pay each time.
Resolve the final Lightning Runner ability, causing you to get and then pay eight to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
Move to your next combat phase
At the beginning of that phase, Saheeli and Brudiclad trigger.
Resolve the Saheeli trigger, choosing not to pay.
