Activate Huatli's first ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, putting an additional loyalty counter on it for each creature you control.
If necessary, activate any other planeswalker you control by putting zero loyalty counters on it, causing you to put a loyalty counter on Huatli.
Repeat step 3 until Huatli has at least thirteen loyalty.
