How It Works

Step 1: Have Fynn, the Fangbearer on the battlefield.

Step 2: Equip Fynn with Commander's Plate to protect him from most removal spells.

Step 3: Use Dark Ritual to generate additional mana if needed.

Step 4: Cast Dramatic Entrance to put Axebane Beast (or another large green creature with deathtouch) onto the battlefield.

Step 5: Attack with Fynn and the creature(s) with deathtouch. Each hit from a deathtouch creature causes Fynn to inflict two poison counters to the defending player.

Step 6: Continue attacking in subsequent turns for a swift poison-based victory.

Prerequisites

  • Fynn, the Fangbearer must be on the battlefield.

  • Have access to green mana for Dramatic Entrance.
