How It Works

Step 1: Cast Leadership Vacuum targeting an opponent to return their commanders to the command zone.

Step 2: On your next turn, cast Commander's Insight targeting that opponent.

Step 3: Draw X cards plus additional cards for each time the opponent has cast their commander, resulting in a significant card draw advantage.
Prerequisites
Have enough mana to cast Leadership Vacuum and Commander's Insight.
Opponent must have cast their commander at least once.
