Activate Myr Turbine's first ability by tapping it, creating three 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens.
Activate Clock of Omens by tapping two Myrs, untapping Myr Turbine.
Repeat.
Once you have infinite Myrs, you may use Myr Turbine's second ability to put all Myrs from your library onto the battlefield and/or untap any other artifact(s) you control.
